About Me
Developer, writer, and self-synthesizer building meaningful web experiences.
Hello! I am Oken Keithellakpam. At my core, I am a self-synthesizer. I love to make things, break them, fix them, and—most importantly—learn from the process.
I view the world through the lens of patterns and time, constantly trying to understand complex systems within a chaotic world and make sense of probabilities. Yet, above all the technical puzzles, my ultimate goal is simply to enjoy the journey of living and creating.
Professionally, I specialize in designing and deploying production-grade AI systems—specifically RAG architectures, edge-optimized Computer Vision (Jetson Nano), low-resource NLP (English–Manipuri), and Generative Modeling (GANs/Transformers)—backed by full-stack proficiency (FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Microservices) and a focus on AI Alignment, evaluation, and human-centered tooling for government and real-world impact.

Why I Blog
I believe the best way to understand a complex concept is to try and explain it in simple terms. This blog is my digital notebook—a place where I document my findings, share tutorials, and explore the intersection of technology, systems, and creativity. I write to solidify my own learning and to help fellow developers who might be navigating the same questions.
This blog design was inspired by SafdarJamal's gatsby-markdown-blog.
